Re: Ok I am starting tonight

Hello Kyel,
Your losing weight because your not absorbing nutrients in sufficient amounts.Once you colon starts to heal you should start gaining weight.Eat vegetables at every meal.Just be sure the skins are removed and they are cooked to soft.Gateraide is fruit juice. No fruit or fruit juice. Is vegetable juice that bad? Poached or boiled eggs,no fried.
If you were not a vegetable eater before,it takes a little time for the colon to adjust.Start with smaller portions and gradually add each day.Since you have been using vegetables this may not be necessary. The vegetable fiber is necessary for colon healing.I recently posted a research paper on this site which points to the necessity for eating roughage to heal your colon.I believe steaming is best for retaining the nutrients. If possible, get a vegetable juicer. With this you can get the benefits of fresh juice. The cooked pulp is already in fine pieces and should be easier on the colon wall and still give the healing benefits of fiber. You will be the first to try this method but I think it should be beneficial. You can eat chicken, fish and vegetables any time of the day.Anything on the diet list. The colon heals slowly but you should see improvement within a week.Your colon is in a very irritated condition any wrong changes will slow progress. Are you taking the necessary vitamins? Drinking distilled water? Keeping to the procedure will beat luck every time. Good post.
