Dried fruits, seeds & nuts / fresh juice


Dried cranberries, almonds & brazil nuts are some of my favorites.

Organic no Sugar added, no preservatives . Check labels as most brands have preservatives , but will have one or two types that do not. Or you may get a dehydrator?

I have also read that graham crackers are full of good nutrients, and good for the liver - so maybe a good choice? (They're made with molasses.)

Just some thoughts...
