Just looking for general thoughts on fats. Flax, coconut oil, hemp and the like. I know there's a debate about lecithin, so I'll leave that out. MH states that if we're cleaned out, that fruit is all we need, and all the supplements are just to help cleanse or balance eating unhuman foods. I'll buy that, seems to make sense. But what role do the good plant fats help us with? Are we to eat nuts/sprouted nuts even as frutarians? I know that personally, I love my good fats, and I notice measurable drops in mood and energy when I'm not getting enough. Thought I'd throw it out and see what you all think.
