Re: Remi....

Cannot say much about colonics except I hear they are good. I do enemas. From what I read enemas and colonics will only remove what has already been loosened. Don't know if I believe that. Picture hardened mucoid plaque in the intestines. It is dried out and hard. Doing a colonic or enema I would believe would soften it, like soaking a dirty pot in water.

In any case, it does sound like you are dehydrated. Hopefully you are taking plenty of minerals which greatly influences the water balance in the body.

Why are you peeing in small increments? Are you an occassional sipper ? Sounds like it. Maybe you need to drink maybe 4-6 ounces every 30 minuters until you rehydrate. I also used to sip to get rid of thirst. But that sip is not enough water.

I als truly believe that drinking lots of water is causing plaque to come out. Just like when dr. tells you to drink plenty of fluids when you are sick to keep mucus flowing. only makes sense the intestimes do produce mucus, so if you do not drink enough it will get sticky and cause trouble.
