If you are hungry and light headed eat more of the foods you are allowed to eat on this diet. My naturopath put me on a candida diet and there wasnt limits to how much I ate but just the kinds of food. I ate what I needed to feel full, started to feel better in a couple days and even lost some weight. Within a few days I lost any cravings and was really satisfied my meals. I think you have come along way and I think this chagne of diet will really help. It wasnt until I really changed my diet that my health got better so stick to it and things will change. Think of your food as your medicine becasue it is!
