White blood cells can indicate a urinary tract infection. If you've had stinging when urinating, perhaps you have an infection? http://www.healthscout.com/ency/1/guides/000036_3.html
Some symptoms of a UTI:
# A painful burning sensation. (If this is the only symptom, then the infection is most likely urethritis.)
# Discomfort or pressure in the lower abdomen. The abdomen can feel bloated.
# Cramping in the pelvic area or back.
# Pain in the flank (i.e., pain that runs along the back at about waist level).

I thought this was a fairly informative and helpful webpage:

Pyuria is a common problem, mainly in women; it has been reported that as many as a quarter may experience an acute dysuric episode each year [13,14]:

Dysuria
Dysuria is the medical term for pain or discomfort when urinating. Often described as a burning sensation, dysuria most commonly is caused by bacterial infections of the urinary tract. It also can be a symptom of several other conditions.

"Call your doctor immediately if you have dysuria along with fever, frequent urination, the urgent need to urinate, abdominal pain, back pain or other symptoms of a urinary tract infection."

Are you drinking beet juice? Or blackberries? Apparently that can be confused with blood in the urine.

Remember that the parameters they come up with for "normal" results are for people eating a "normal" diet. I would expect different results while juice fasting. Perhaps you should get another test a week after you've been eating again. Of course, in the meantime you need to make sure there is no UTI or other serious problem.

"Fasting increases the process of elimination and the release of toxins from the colon, kidneys and bladder, lungs and sinuses, and skin. This process can generate discharge such as mucus from the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory tract, sinuses, or in the urine." - http://www.healthy.net/scr/article.asp?ID=1996
"Most healing crises pass within a day or two, although some cleansers experience several days of "cold" symptoms or sinus congestion. If any symptom lasts longer than two or three days, it should be considered as a side effect or a new problem possibly unrelated to cleansing."
"A doctor or knowledgeable practitioner should supervise anyone for whom fasting is questionable—that is, anyone in poor health or without fasting experience. If the fast is extended for more than three to five days, regular monitoring, including physical examination and blood work should be done, probably about weekly. Fasting may reduce blood protein levels and will definitely lower blood fats. Uric acid levels may rise secondary to protein breakdown, while levels of some minerals, such as potassium, sodium, calcium, or magnesium, may drop. Iron levels are usually lower, and the red blood count may also drop during this time."

Hope some of that is helpful for you.
