Just take it one step at a time. You can't expect to radically overhaul your diet and lifestyle and stick with it, especially when you are so uncomfortable. It can be very eye opening, though, to do a short cleansing fast and to see how CRAPPY certain foods can make you feel after you reintroduce them. Going from a diet of McDonald's and poptarts to healing foods is a gradual process, made one choice at a time. Don't get so discouraged by the big picture. Focus on what you're doing right and remind yourself of what you have to be thankful for. And we all have things to be thankful for.
