I`m raised with bread the poor mens food, some say it`s the Good Book to blame for introducing agriculture, cause the Good Book talks alot about bread.
Most naturopaths say its acidic forming, humm is that so?
Some say that whole grain grounded flour is good to make bread, but since man modified the grains to contain more starches, its not good anymore.
Some would argue that we are not birds who can digest grains, but man can`t and I may agree with this argument.
Many say that the phytic acid blocks the absorbion of minerals and vitamins, so bread is a worthless food according to their opinion.
Fermented bread like sour dough bread, tips the balance to acidic forming, according to some of the opinions.
In the light of E.M.E it can`t be the issue of absorbing because we are talking about frequenties.
