Ok, this might sound off, but my body/intuition as you call it, is telling me to juice fast and drink whey protein shakes. Yet my brain says "no protein when you fast". What happens if I do this? I have been eating raw for a couple weeks now and as each few days goes by, I want less and less food, and just want juice. Will keeping the whey protein for a few days screw me up? Dont know why my body needs it. Im not "craving" it, just sensing it is what I need right now with the juices.
