I don't think there is one specific thing that will work to clear your scars. It is probably different for each person. I've heard putting apple cider vinegar directly on your skin is good for it (make sure you are not allergic first). Also masks make with egg white and a couple drops fresh lemon juice will help. I've also heard that rose hip oil works very well too. Lavendar oil works good and aloe vera gel, as you already know. You should take good vitamins, not a multivitamin but take each separately. You should take Vitamin A, E (400 iu), C (1000mg), B (50mg), lecithin (50mg), zinc (50mg), selenium (100-200mcg), calcium, EFA's (1-2tbsp liquid), Magnesium (800mg) and MSM. The MSM is acutally sulfur and is supposed to be great for
Acne and for healing so I would highly suggest that. I recommend to take each individually because a multivitamin really doesn't give a person who needs healing enough of every vitamin. A multivitamin is good for someone who is comepletely healthy for maintenance. To heal we need more. As for the MSM I would start with 1g a day and work your way up to maybe 2g a day. You don't want any die-off to happen and your
Acne gets worse. I know this seems like a lot but it will benefit you so much. Don't worry about over dosing on vitamins, these amounts are not high enough for that. I have been taking these along with olive leaf, maca root, primal defense, saw palmetto and coconut oil for over 6 months and I am better for it. Good luck.
