Oh I like your attitude Bec! Of course we can do this. We have made a choice, a choice to fast. The food will be there when it is over. We have to decide how we will continue beyond the fast but let's not worry about that quite yet. Focus on the today, make it a fantastic day and don't let those olives, cheese, chips or salty mess get the best of you! You know it will only feel worse so let's push through this so that we don't have to EVER EVER again! Make a promise to yourself (and to me if that will help b/c I will hold you accountable!) to do this and then DO IT! I know it's hard and there will be moments where we feel pretty crummy but how crummy do you feel after a serious eating feast? I feel horrible! I'd rather go through tough moments fasting than do that again.
