Today I feel: Good and bad - it comes in waves, hunger and good.
Yesterday good: Didn't cheat and exercised
Yesterday not so good: Felt a little nauseous in the afternoon.
Today: I will juice fast and already exercised at the gym.
My observation/question: Feeling a bit weak in will today. Trying to stay strong and drink more water to make me feel better. Am having some green tea now.
