I did a Liver-Flush this saturday and I tried to an SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) the morning after.
And i vomitted, it was so gross! :(
But I know that SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) will get everything out efficiently, which I need since the toxins irritate my colon, enemas don't help completely.
How do you guys manage drinking it? How many tablespoons in how much water, and how quickly must you drink this?
