(it's tomato season in my backyard and I have a ton, so I eat them a LOT)
-bruschetta (3 tomatoes, 1 clove garlic, tbls red onion, 1/8c basil, 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt , 1 tbls. walnut oil)
-green shake (swiss chard, celery, and apple)
-dried wakame (luv this stuff), raisins, coconut flakes, cashews, almonds, brazil nuts, carrots
-green leaves (home-grown: spinach, romaine, beet greens, swiss chard), cucumbers, tomato, red onion, avocado, carrot, alfalfa sprouts, Celery with fresh lemon, oil, and Sea Salt
-tabouli(wheat sprouts, parsley, tomato, onion, lemon, olive oil, Sea Salt
If I'm still hungry, which I usually am, I'll eat another ear of corn, 1/2 avocado, etc.
Times of day vary, I don't have fixed meal times. I eat breakfast when I wake up (8:00-12:00 usually) and I eat dinner after work, school, etc. (6:00-10:00). I go to sleep around 10:00-1:00.
I think I left some stuff out, I can't think right now though, my head is still really foggy from this, should I say "healing crisis"?
I will try to check back as soon as I can. Oh and I eat 90% organic, always raw.
