Hello wombat I do grow mainly outside but do my sprouting in the basement.Mother nature keeps things interesting here in ILL.I just finished a book by alissa cohen living on live food.A very good read,I also got the dvd chocked full of recipies.And it shows how to prepare them as well.It even covers using a dehydrator the dvd would give you all the info you need to expand your culinary arts.You might also want to ceck out beyond vegan.com a very interesting web site.Good luck and good health!
