Congratulations. You can start with the Oxypowder , this also will clean the small intestines. When you do the flush again, you can just skip the oxy on the 2 days of the flush.
I only use the Oxypowder at night and by noon the buttpee is over, I don't really count BM's because I find it hard to count buttpee. I only need 3 capsules, but some people they feel they need more. Tweet
