Well...thank you for that! I was just going to "quit" this forum, but people like you make me feel that I am welcome here and that some people are willing to be supportive...no matter what you are putting in your mouth! All of this is hard...Losing weight is just plain hard--regardless of your food intake. So 40lbs?? Thats awesome!! My ultimate goal is to lose 15lbs before October and then anothr 15lbs by November (total of 30 lbs)....any do's and don'ts you've found along the way??
