I have been browsing through the forums for weeks and I understand what you mean...some forums are more responsive than others...and, it's hard to find a forum that fits your specific activities of the day, week, or month. I have been in "detox/weight-loss" mode for months.
I fast when I need to...started out with 8 days/lemonade (due to extreme illness)...detoxed too quick...and got smart. Now, I combine fasting with all of the following: Grape Cure, Mucusless Diet, Master Cleanser. There is no forum that I can see for those that break the rules and just try to do what works at any given time.
I find long fasting too harsh for me...I'm still too toxic and get weak too quick. I do short fasts instead and switch over when I feel my body needs to. My illness is passing, I've lost 40 pounds, and can pretty much judge on a daily basis which program would be best to follow on any given day. I'm not perfect at it...but fasting combined with the other programs I mentioned is putting me back on the road to good health.
