(My mouth is watering!)- but that other poster was right: This is "supposed" to be for people managing their weight via abstaining (via juice, water, broth) from solid food. Or at least trying to! Sounds like you've developed a healthy program - but it isn't abstaining from solid food. I must tell you, too - that in my limited experience your program won't take you as quickly to where you are trying to go.
Finally - I know that for some people who are fasting, to read/hear/see/smell food is tough. I'm the opposite - I watched cooking shows last night - but you might encounter some worked up people (and not in the good way, FYI.
As for me - I slipped a little last night. I ate a little bit of sharp cheddar w/ sweet onion. Is it gross? I love it. Didn't eat very much - but still. Will be stronger today and tonight. Weekends can be very rough on the fasting path!
