I am going to start shopping around for a bed and want my barefoot friends advice...

As of now I sleep on a 2in memory foam topper on the ground.
The interesting thing about this is although it has not been the most "comfortable" bed setup it seems to make my body stronger. As MH says the less you comfort your body the STRONGER it gets...
I have been sleeping like this for 6+ months. It feels combining "rough" sleeping with ONLY cold showers my body is developing a nerve force which feels unstoppable... My strength seems to increase daily.
Mh, I have the original book by the author you suggest that takes cold showers and "slaps" his body when finished. The way he describes it is unbelivable! In the back of the book he has body weight excersices which trains every muscle. I tried all the excercises last night, they were incredible...... He suggests 5-25 reps... Simple and VERY effective... With more research and experimentation I will let you know how NO FATIGUE training works... Cheers!
