make it believeable to your current conciousness

I approach it (now atleast) as
Today...I will...be mindful ...of
or when I feel.....I will hold the space for...
whatever

I used to do a lot of God Work this way

Not so much any more
But I do remember if I believed it in the first go around my shift was easier
