If you really want good food, most likely, your not gonna get it at walmart.
You can soak all nuts and seeds to make them soft and easy to chew. I wouldn't recommend peanuts because they have lots of poisoness molds and it's hard to get them raw. The only good source for raw peanuts that I know of is http://www.rawfood.com
You can also eat hempseeds which are also good. Highly nutritious. Full of protein and easy to chew.
