Have you been tested for a Urinary Tract Infection. The two are so close that you can definitely get confussed as to where the pain might be coming from. You may also have a systematic yeast infection. If you got tested at the doc and they said you didn't have one it may be wrong. You can still have a bodily yeast infection with out actually having a vaginal yeast infection. I would avoid all yeast and sugary foods. This would include all sugar, snacks, pasta, bread, soda, alcohol, fruit etc....you can check the diet online if you search for it. I would also start taking something like 3lac or primal defense. These are good probiotics that will help to reestablish the good bacteria to your body. Probiotics are good bacteria that live in your body and help to fight the bad bacterias and fungus. If the balance has gotten out of tilt then you may need some help to get your immune system up and running again. I would definitely get checked for a UTI - the painful urination might be the key.
