This is a key question of mine, too, Sophia.

I've wondered if we can 'bless' our food/water, our environment, ourselves, or if we must seek out only the best.

I totally dislike focussing on 'problems', and think it is better to concentrate on the uplifting.

Maybe Lapis will tell us more about 'coherancy'.
