Yes I did start out a believer- contrary to some weirdo's around here who think I have vested interests in trying to discredit the flush- but I have come to the conclusion through pure logical thinking and experience that we are not passing real stones in the flush.

My symptoms of fatigue and other ailments did improve when I flushed however the improvements were similar to those experienced through coffee enemas- a sort of artifical improvement which never lasted more than a day. Basically the sort of improvement you would expect if you flushed out alot of bile and toxins(bile carries toxins out of the liver) in a short space of time.


My progress began to stall and I never actually reached the heights that I achieved after my third flush, which was four or so thousands stones ago. That didn't really make sense to me as after getting rid of that much I should have progressed alot more (if the stones were real)

Anyway, my opinion is if it helps with people's symptoms then it's not doing any harm, but I am eager to disprove the cholestrol stones myth and urge people to stop wasting their money on frauds who sell books and consultations on the back of the flush.

I do think the liver is vital to health, but that the causes of a poor liver are already outlined in the mainstream medicine (stuff like biliary artresia and cholestasis) and more people should get their livers checked out through invasive surgery(uncomfortable but maybe worth it long term, not sure how you would go about it though!) to see whether there is a clear and obvious problem which affects bile flow. I am certain that bile flow is critical to good health.
