It seems to me that "certified organic" would consistently meet higher standards, but not necessarily so. An organic product grown by a conscientious steward of the earth and not "certified" could raise a superior product.

Such seems to be the case in a few farms around the outskirts of my burg...

This is where the refractometer comes in handy!
