Hmmmm...so you were cleansing so rapidly that you upset your delicate toxic balance? Makes sense to me! And you were dealing with the quick release of acids by attempting to swing the pendulum the other way with alkalising drinks...

"Balance" is a delicate art... :)

I think I"m gonna buy that E-book. I have some areas of thin enamel on my lower teeth and it seems that the details on remineralisation can't be had without paying for it!
