Re: A Bit Of My Story
I've experimented with everything from P&B shakes to Oxypowder. Early on I had fairly good success with the psyllium and bentonite, but I found I could not handle bentonite more than once a day. It is simply too constipating. Oxypowder certainly produced liquid stool, but I never felt really "clean", just emptied out. When my spinal injury became worse and my bowels pretty much shut down, I tried Dr. Schulze's Intestinal Formulas #1&2. That was a disaster for me, all I got was intense colon pain and little results; although I did pass a cluster of pin worms once. Now I am using a very gentle cleanse called Capra Cleanse that uses fiber, Turkey Rhubarb and other mild colon cleansers plus alkalizing minerals and a Superfood blend. It is not a fast acting miracle product, but it keeps me chugging along. Of course, right now, I also get the colon stimulating herbs in the Humaworm too.
When I passed the long worm-studded plaque I was just using psyllium with occasional enemas.
For parasite cleanses I have used Parastroy, Paragone, Herbal Healer Anti-parasite tincture, and now Humaworm. I think Humaworm is probably the best, and certainly the freshest. I found an old Parastroy bottle from a year ago, its expiration date was for 2007. I like the idea of fresh herbs that are used right away, the volatile oils do not have much of a chance to evaporate or become rancid. That should make the herbs more powerful.
