Energized? Ha! I have weird days at work when I feel a little more normal, like today, but then I went to sleep at 7:30 last night. I can't say I feel energized after 6:00 pm, if anything at that time I'm usually starting to feel guilty for wanting to go to sleep super early.
And no, no pains, thankfully.
Have you changed your diet at all? I've found that if I avoid fruit and grains in the morning as prescribed in Dr. Wilson's book, I'm a little more peppy, whereas if I eat those items all I can do is drag myself around. Also eating balanced meals consisting of protein, good fats, and low glycemic index carbs seems to be beneficial. If you are eating any sweets, I wonder if that might contribute to pain and sluggishness?
