I would run 5 miles every other day, and lift weights in between. I was eating a healthy six meals a day, and drinking tons of water. I don't do drugs, smoke or drink. However... it was my life. I was so into working out, that I didn't have any fun. I was stressed out beyond belief. When I took a break from exercising when this first started, I felt better. When I went back to it... I got tired again.
now, if I try to workout, I become very tired, get bags under my eyes, and break cold sweats. Walking a mile is a chore for me now.
Have you done a salive test yet? Mine just arrived today. I'm doing it tomorrow.
