Have you discovered any healthy sweets that don't cause your blood Sugar to sky rocket? I've created a concoction made of carob, raw honey, raw almond butter, and coconut oil, but I'm not sure if it's bad for my adrenals. It's satisfying though!
Also, if you eat/drink salt, do you feel puffy too? I'm just wondering if it might not even be good to continue adding Sea Salt to my water. Thanks in advance!
