Natures first law.com has a raw protein powder for making smoothies and such.Generaly speaking protein is not the major craving,its fat!Raw vegan food doesnt have that wonderfull satisfying mouth feel of animal fat.Nuts can help fill the craving for fat.One must acknowldge this craving and deel with it acordingly.I am only 70% raw vegan I get a lot of protein from nutritional yeast,and rice protein powder in chocolate smoothies.Good luck and remember raw by choice not dogma!
