I have read there are 5 major functions to obtain perfect health, exercise makes up 1/5 of the person's health and this must be 100% exercise and never to the extreme that it causes pain and naturally this means no bulky show muscles, just slim/trim stretchable muscles.
Exercise is like movenmant "supplement"; if you borrow the boys, go to the trampline, you will get all the exercise you need, finish it off with a roll down the hill and a dip in the pond.
