Nope it won't clog you if you:

Use liquid bentonite

Add one tablespoon of olive oil to the shake

After the P&B shake you immmediately chase it with another glass of water spiked with apple cider vinegar (raw unpasteurized)

After and ½ you drink an additional glass of water.
