Drink hot teas, and warm up your raw soups. You may kill a few enzymes in the process but it's not going to make a big difference. A little steamed veggies are fine also. According to Gabriel Cousens, most people usually do best with an 80% raw diet. Eating 80% raw foods is enough to maintain perfect health. But 100% is the ideal and the best for healing. But just remember that almost no one is 100% raw. Most of the raw gurus do eat a few non-raw items. And some who even claim to be 100%, the foods that they say they eat are actually not always raw, like nutritional yeast.
