Re: Karma and eating meat: Guilt trip?

In keeping with your thoughts, I read somewhere, it might have been on Curezone, that the Native Americans do some sort of meditation so that the right animal presents itself -- and the next day, one of the animals will step out from the herd toward the man -- isn't that amazing?

I have created so much angst for myself with so much reading and experimentation; I believe that cleanses are important and stopping eating junk foods; from there, we need to determine what is good for us and need to know how best to heal ourselves. The way we eat, drink and rest are important, using herbs, but not supplements.

Finding resonance in ourselves for a particular way of eating would seem to be important.

Kindest thoughts.
