He recommends 40% raw fats -- raw cream butter, free-range eggs, cheese, milk and kefir, as well as coconut cream.
Raw fats work differently than cooked fats. I am working on collecting the cream, butter, cheese and milk; I think that it will take me a while to get to the raw meats. He also recommends several glasses of green drinks a day -- combinations of celery, parsley and others greens.

He rcommends a small amount of nuts per week, small amounts of fruit and even a baked potato with LOTS of raw butter.
I find his works to be quite fascinating and have been finding the places where I can get these items.
I have not found many places or 'boards' where this particular way of eating is discussed and would hope that some folks here are willing to give it a try.
