Thats where the blood-type diet comes into play-I've never cared for eggs no matter how many momma would shove down me.
Also for people going vegan-you really need to explore weeds and wild foods because they have much more bang for the buck.
I call it "yardening". Magnolia blossoms, daylillies, dandelions, horsetail, native plum "cucumber leaf", tulips, nettles (if you roll up from the underside you can eat raw), coltsfoot, garlic mustards, wild onions. Even grass itself. And of course sprouts.
Look up GABA rice.
