1) I wasn't referring to toxins in general, but specifically to Antibiotics and hormones that may accumulate in the eggs.
2)yes, I agree that infants require cholesterol through milk and other scources, but after that, the human body acquires the ability to synthesis its limited requirement of cholesterol through saturated fats,and the excess is circulated through the circulatory system, and you know what happens then. That's the way I see it anyway.
But wait, since I don't consume any saturated fats, I'm beginng to think that I may be cholesterol deficient - well, bring on the eggs,eggs and more eggs, but only if they are 'Free Range' - but at $22 a dozen, I guess I'll start building my chicken coop right now!!
