OJ Fast: Day 8

No changes in my symptoms yet. I have pain in my throat (suppose that's my thyroid being worked on), liver, kidney, and just that general area. Yesterday I would get very faint whenever I stand up, like a lack of oxygen...I'm assuming this is detox symptoms.

I still haven't gotten a straight answer as to weather I can use Salt Water Flushes so I can stop doing enemas. I need to know if a SWF will go against the fasting effects. Tweet
