Re: weight and bones question

Hi,
Yes you were faced with an incurable but still you made the right choice at a young age. When I was 21 I was reading much of what I read now at curezone but didnt begin to apply it until I was 35 years old. Oh how I wish I had been wiser.

Yes I think I am just a healthy skinny, since I've been eating more raw my weight has diminished and none of my old clothes fit. Im no longer curvy and its hard for me to feel healthy while being so skinny. And I'm not close to feeling healthy yet-havent even started flushing or deworming. Im still cleaning up my diet and giving my body a chance to build up before I start flushing, deworming and fasting. Im just so afraid of losing any more weight. I am getting used to my new slim self but anymore would be borderline anorexicif I lost more.

So how do you feel that the OJ fast has effected your health now that you can look back a month? Has your health improved any? Do you think the weight gain was needed weight or the result of slowed metabolism caused by the fast? AnY future plans for cleansing and fasting? I was trying out the pineapple fast for a few days but my blood sugar was horribly low all the time and I was very weak. Now I am a little affraid of the oj fast but will continue to plan for it.
