Hi,

Celtic Sea Salt is grey in colour and is harvested just off the coast of France. Because it is in the open, it could get bird deposits on it -- I don't know the process after this. The REAL salt comes from a dried-up ocean bed beneath Utah and is whiter in colour.

With the Celtic Sea Salt being dried in the sunshine, would there be an addditional benefit? I don't know.
