Hi, PB,

The water comes from the rain (hopefully) and it should be distilled as in the natural process which John mentions in his post farther down.

I would have to dig the info out of some books, but I believe that I have read that IF one consumes juicy fruits -- 100% of the time, then water is not required -- ripe fruits, such as melons, pears, pineapples, etc. have a tremendous amount of water in them as do tomatoes, cucumbers and zucchini which are considered fruits by those that follow a fruitarian diet -- one in which the fruits have seeds within them. Bananas do not, so additional water would be required there.
