Re: white oak bark for teeth and cramps??

Hi,
Wow I feel for you, its mental torture not to know WHY something healthwise is happening.

I too would think the cramps and teeth probs are related. I get charlie horses in my legs around the same time my teeth get sensitive. I take magnesium oxide to help me sleep and Im sure it causes this.

I have read that one should not brush their teeth long after (and maybe before) eating acidic fruits. The acid weakens the enamel of course. You probably already know this but I thought I would mention it just in case.

My mother had the opposite problem, she delveloped lots of decay after sucking on cough drops for a few months to help with a chronic cough. The cough drops alkalized her saliva which allowed bacteria to attack. So too alkaline or too acidic neither are good.

Did you drink distilled water during the fast? I wonder if the minerals in tap water can disrupt the mineral balance more aggressively while on a fast. Like i know the magnesium oxide messes with mine.

Please keep us updated on your health. Does enamel grow back? I sure hope so , and I was wondering what does erroding enamel looks like?
Thanks,
get well soon,
and
GOd Bless you.
