I had decided, a few weeks ago, to go off meat. The problem is (this happens every time I quit meat) is that I start craving meat, almost to the point of obsessing about hamburgers, and I feel really weak & lousy.
MH - is this because I haven't done the OJ fast? I can't do the fast while nursing, so what should I do to get over these outrageous cravings? Because I DONT want to eat meat! I had read about the blood type diet, and being a type o negative it seemed to make sense to me that, according to that theory, I need more animal protein than most. But, I know you disagree with that line of thinking.
Does anyone have any insight or common sense suggestions about this type of symptom?
