Fruit diet and Hypoglycemia and weighloss

MH, I posted a question about hypoglycemia and weightloss a few days ago but did not get your opinion.

My hypoglycemia is really making me feel lousy, I dont want to have to eat proteins and dairy, which is how I solved it in the past. Please advise.

Here is a reprint of my original question:

"For a few weeks now I have been eating mostly fruits, nuts and veggies. I feel more clear headed and enegized but what is troublesome is that my hypoglycemia is worse and my weight is disappearing, I was underweight before I started eating this way and now I am really looking skeletal.

I am petite so a few fruits every so hours is all I desire calorie-wise. I eat about 10 pieces of fruit per day plus about a half a cup of nuts, plus veggies and sometimes a small piece of chicken.

About an hour or two after I eat fruit my blood sugar goes hypo/low in the 60's and I have to eat again, every two hours later the same thing happens. I have to catch it before it gets any lower that 60 otherwise I get shakey, dizzy sweaty and my adrenaline surges. I use a monitor by the way to let me know when I am low because if I wait for symtoms to tell me my blood glucose is low its already too late and I am assured all of the above symptoms.

What do I do about this problem? Will my blood sugar adjust itself at some point? I have always had hypoglycemia problems since I was a child but they usually occur after eating refined carbs like grains.

I have tried to increase my nuts to help with the hypoglycemia and weight loss but too many nuts makes my skin oily and give me acne. When I try to eat greater amounts of fruit my blood glucose goes down even faster. Its like my body creates to much insulin in response to glucose. If I replace veggies with fruits my glucose is more stable but then my weight really starts to melt away (not enough calories in veggies).

How do people who eat this way keep their weight? I am eating roughly the same amount of calories as usual but loosing still.

Can someone offer me some insight or support? I do not want to stop eating this way as I feel it is the best way to eat but I am looking very frail and thin which does not exactly present a picture of health.

Thanks Kindly
