I am on day 9 of the OJ fast, I have been having 1 tablespoon of olive oil with oregano oil every night, and also, very similar to grand wazoo, I have been having at night a kindof broth or tea made with fresh parsley and coriander(cilantro), garlic and ginger, and tumeric, ground coriander, and chilli powder and sea salt. I don't boil it, I just let it sit for about 10 minutes just under simerring point. I feel like the parsley and coriander in particular are doing me lots of good.
I am also taking 'Chomper' (capsules) from Arise & Shine to keep bowels moving.
I wouldn't worry about missing out on any kinds of mineral or anything, I had the same fears when I started the fast, but now I can see they were unfounded.
I have good energy so far and nothing amazing has happened yet, I am trying to get a lot of sun between working at the computer too, which I think is very important if you can manage it. I know its Winter in the Northern Hemisphere at the moment so this might be difficult for you.
I am also walking, rebounding and skin brushing and doing a bit of yoga, but only as I feel, not pushing myself.
