Hi grand wazoo, I take a shot of sorghum to get rid of craving for sweets.
I like what annunki wrote in an old post and think the oj fast is good because as annunki noted, many suffer from "SUB-CLINICAL SCURVY and DE-HYDRATION". The oj and distilled water address and correct both of those problems. Caused by lack of sunshine, fresh air, pure water, natural 7 seconds off the tree fruits and natural foods and natural living as MH says.
