Re: explain this 'CHEMICAL' to me (O.K.)

As you say, anyone can see that dehydroabietylamine (this is the correct spelling, the spelling on the product is incorrect!) is a chemical. It's not a made-up name, (just a fudged-up spelling) it's a real chemical.

This information is from a list of GRAS (generally recognised as safe)INDIRECT FOOD ADDITIVES: ADHESIVES AND COMPONENTS OF COATINGS--Table of Contents from the FDA's site:

Tributyltin chloride complex of
ethylene oxide condensate of
dehydroabietylamine. (Even though it is only part of this chain of chemicals, it is still used alone & in other combinations)

For use as preservative only.

Get this, this is a list of ADHESIVES and COATINGS! And every nasty preservative that you can think of shares space on this list with dehydroabietylamine.

If this company is claiming to produce a chemical-free product and they are not, their business principles need to be seriously questioned, in my opinion.

I am not slamming anyone - just trying to show and tell, so to speak.

To miracle soap users: Just be aware of what you're putting on yourself and if you believe in the product then you shouldn't be upset if not everyone shares your views. If you don't mind using a little bit of chemicals, that's up to you. Why don't you spend your energy praying so you can see your own miracles happen? No-one has a special claim to miracles - there here for us all. (Please click link below to see how anyone can pray over water and change its constitution)

Personally, I hate chemicals - they ruined my life and I'm at the point that I won't tolerate even a little bit anymore! There is no innocent chemical in my book. And I wouldn't tolerate someone lying to me, telling me a product has no chemicals when it does.
