Re: eating only fruits, nuts, grass

Dr. Christopher was very a much a believer in eating only foods that you can grow locally. Picked in season and not storing foods. People had to live like this a few hundred years ago and thousands of years before.

The more you study what a human is made of and what a human gets from foods, you then start to see why there is such a problem with foods. It goes beyond what the average person will ever consider.

The object is to not accumulate or burn your own cells up in the process. For every food you consume that causes excessive burn of your cells and then acumulates in the tissues, we pay the price of getting ill.

The healthier a person is, the less they will eat. The reason being all foods put in the mouth cause a problem. The worse foods causing the most problems. Raw fruits and berries cause the least problem when consumed correctly.

Commerical foods have so much oil in them they all cause a problem. I have always wondered what they made vitamin C out of to sterilize most all commercial foods and recently read that even it is an oil product.

Again, this is why I use medical books to explain the problems with foods. The cure will always be to remove the food you ate in the past. The solution is to not eat the food in the first place and we were not raised to believe such things. We believe we can eat anything!
